01 The process
Four steps, every product, no exceptions.
Pull live data
Products come from Amazon's product API, not scraping. Prices, images and discount percentages are Amazon's own figures.
Filter on real discounts
Only products at or above a per-category discount threshold survive. Everything else is dropped before it is ever written up.
Write the assessment
Each product gets a short take, three concrete pros, and two honest cons drawn from its specifications and listed features.
Publish and label
The page states whether the product was personally used or assessed from specifications. Nothing is presented as tested when it was not.
02 What we will not do
- Invent test results. If a product was not used, the page says so. No fabricated battery timings, noise levels, or durability claims.
- Hide the downsides. Every review lists genuine cons. A product with no honest drawback does not get published at all.
- Fake the ratings. Ratings are a single reviewer score based on specifications and price, not an aggregate of customer reviews we do not hold.
- Republish the same product endlessly. Each product is posted once, then suppressed for at least 30 days.
03 How this site is funded

04 Limitations worth knowing
Specification-based reviews have real blind spots, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
They cannot tell you how a product feels after six months, how loud it really is in a small kitchen, or how support handles a fault in month seven. Those things need hands-on time, and where that time has not been put in, the page will not imply otherwise.
Use these pages to shortlist quickly, then read recent verified buyer reviews on Amazon before deciding. The discount figures reflect Amazon's own data, not an independent price-history audit.

Who writes the reviews on this site?
Reviews are written by our editorial process, which combines manufacturer specifications, listed product features, and category knowledge into a short, plain-English assessment. Every review names both strengths and weaknesses, and states clearly whether the product was personally used or assessed from specifications.
How is a deal chosen?
Products are pulled from Amazon's product API by category keyword, filtered server-side to a minimum discount threshold (35 to 50 percent depending on the category), and deduplicated so the same product is not republished. Anything without a genuine price cut off the recent list price is discarded.
Is the discount real, or inflated?
The discount shown is Amazon's own saving percentage against its recorded list price basis, taken straight from the API rather than calculated by us. That said, list prices on Amazon can be optimistic, so the honest answer is that the percentage reflects Amazon's data, not an independent price-history audit.
How does this site make money?
Through the Amazon Associates program. When a reader buys through a link on this site, a small commission may be earned at no additional cost to the reader. Commission rates vary by category and do not influence which products are selected or how they are reviewed.
Why do prices sometimes not match Amazon?
Amazon changes prices frequently, sometimes several times a day. The price shown here is what Amazon reported when the deal was published. Always confirm the live price on Amazon before buying.
How can a mistake be reported?
If a listing is wrong, expired, or a review contains an error, it should be reported so the page can be corrected or removed. Accuracy matters more than keeping a page live.
