Our take
This set is solid for beginners looking to save space in a small apartment or home workout area. At half off, it is a decent value for light strength training that avoids the clutter of traditional dumbbell racks.
Pros
- Square plates prevent weights from rolling away
- Anti-slip handle strips improve grip security
- Adjustable design replaces four sets of weights
Cons
- Max weight is only 7.5 pounds per hand
- ABS construction lacks the durability of cast iron
