Our take

This mat is ideal if you need extra cushioning for floor exercises like planks or sit-ups where thin mats feel painful. At this price, it is a solid value for a basic fitness pad that prioritizes joint comfort over portability.

Pros

One inch thick for excellent joint cushioning
Easy to wipe clean after workouts
Includes a convenient carrying strap

Cons

Too thick and soft for advanced balance poses
Bulky to store even when rolled up
