Battery life claims are measured at low volume with everything switched off. Expect roughly two-thirds of the advertised figure in normal use. The case capacity matters more than the bud figure for day-to-day convenience.
Bluetooth version tells you about stability more than sound. 5.0 and above handles a crowded room without dropping. Codec support is less important than people claim at this price, because the drivers are the limiting factor long before the codec is.
The most common genuine failure in this category is one bud dying before the other, usually within a year. Sorting reviews by most recent and searching within them for 'one side' will tell you whether a particular model has that problem.
04What a discount percentage actually means
The percentage you see is calculated against a list price that the seller sets. It is not independently audited. A seller can set a high list price, sell at the real price, and show a permanent discount that never actually changes.
